Assistant Maintenance Engineer on outsource basis for Ministry of Land

Specific Task and responsibilities:

• Assistant Maintenance Engineer must identify problems, repair etc of computers servers and related equipment used in the offices of all regional project coordinators and deputy regional project coordinators including the PIU
• He/she must assist Regional Project coordinators and Sub-regional Project coordinators
•  He/she must regularly inspect the devices and computers with which the whole system is running to keep them running, maintain proper data management, take backup, and restore the data etc.
• He/she must perform any other duties assigned by the Project Director
• He/she must perform a minimum of 8(eight) hour duty in a day.
• Employer may grant leave in availability of replacement by another ‘Assistant Maintenance Engineer’ acceptable to the employer.
• He/she will perform their duty sincerely and punctually under the concerned officer of the project.
• He/she must abide by the rules and regulations of the government
•  He/she should not disclose/supply any letter/records/documents of the project to the others. kind of secret information/

Qualification and skills:

• Assistant Maintenance Engineer must have B.Sc. Engineering (Computer science / Electrical or Electronics) and must pass the professional test. Minimum 02 (Two) years experience as Assistant Maintenance Engineer will be needed.
• The age limit of the Assistant Maintenance Engineer will be 21 (twenty-one) to 60 (sixty) years but 21 (twenty-one) to 45 (forty-five) years will get priority. Secondary School Certificate (SSC) will be the evidence of age.
• All the attested copies of the certificates must be submitted with the proposal.

Duration of Employment: The duration of Contract is initially 03(Three) years from the date of starting the work. It may be extended, if necessary, on satisfactory performance subject to the approval of the higher authorities
